With which courier will my order be sent?

Accessory products, small parts and decoration products are sent to you with Hatti Concept's cargo business partner. Large decorative products and furniture are delivered to addresses by Hatti Concept by means of delivery vehicles.

Is there a delivery fee?

We send cargo to all over Turkey. Shipping fee is applied for large-size product deliveries such as furniture. The shipping fee may vary depending on the province and district information to be sent.


What payment methods are available for the products I want to buy?

It is possible to pay for all the products you order from by credit card. Cash payment by credit card: All Visa or Mastercard holders have the option to pay their payments in one go.

Do your prices include VAT?

All prices you see on include VAT. The most important advantage of this is that you know the amount you will pay for the product you buy from the very beginning and you do not encounter unexpected numbers just when you are about to finish your shopping.


What is my cart?

"My Cart" is a personalized shopping list that you can access on your next site visits. (The stocks of the products you add to your cart will not be blocked on your behalf until the purchase is made.) After logging in with the "My Cart" feature, which you can access from the right of the pages you visit and under the "My Account" menu at the top, you can choose the products you choose until you remove them or in our warehouse stocks. You can keep it until it runs out. In this way, you can review the products you have previously been interested in and make the purchase.

What should I do if I refuse to receive the product I ordered?

It will be sufficient to inform our customer service representative of this situation by sending an e-mail to If your product has not been shipped, the delivery of your order will be stopped immediately. Refunds of orders whose shipment has been stopped will be returned to your bank as soon as possible by according to the payment methods you have chosen. If your order has been delivered to the cargo company, the return conditions will apply.

Can I remove or change the products I have added to my cart later?

If you wish, you can remove any product in your cart from your cart with a single click. After entering your basket, you can do this very easily by clicking the "delete" button next to the product you want to remove from the list.

What should I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged?

In this case, you should not take delivery of the product by asking the cargo officer who delivered your order to keep a record. If you immediately contact Hatti Concept Customer Services via e-mail and provide the necessary information, your order will be compensated as soon as possible and the shipping costs required for this process will be covered by
